Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are happy to assist you in filing a claim when possible.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging and item so we can help resolve the issue promptly.
